VIP Registration will be the week of April 10-April 12, 2012. Early registration is for returning students Only. Registration is $30/student and $50/family.

Tuition is due monthly and is based on the total number of hours a dancer or family take in a week.
Example: Little Monica takes on Tuesdays and Thursday from 4:30-5:30 and takes Hip Hip on Mondays from 4:45-5:15. She comes to dance for a total of 2.5 hours a week, her monthly tuition would be $100.00.

2012/2013 Policies.
Attendance - Good attendance habits must be maintained to keep up with the classes. This is done for the benefit of both the student and the entire class. Poor attendance slows the class down because of the need to repeat prior lessons. If a student misses more than 1/3 of the classes she/he will not be eligible to perform in recital. Refunds will not be given for missed classes, costume or recital fees paid. Please notify the studio when a student will be absent.
Dance Attire - Street shoes, sandals, sneakers, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans or skirts will not be permitted in class at any time. There will be no gum chewing, eating or drinking in dance rooms. No jewelry is to be worn, as we will not be responsible for it's damage or loss. Unless a student has short hair that cannot be pulled up, all students must wear their hair properly pinned up. Student’s names should be written in all dance shoes to avoid mix ups. Please do this prior to the first class to save time during the first lesson. Note: Leotards and tights are designed to be worn independently of underwear to give a sleek look. Please refrain from wearing anything underneath your leotard. Think of it as a bathing suit.
Punctuality - We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable. However, a student who is more than 15 minutes late for class may be asked to observe the class rather than participate. This is not done as a disciplinary measure, but for safety – especially where higher level classes are concerned. A student who misses the first few exercises runs the risk of being injured by not being properly “warmed-up”. **Students who are picked up more than 15 minutes after the end of their class will be assessed a $5.00 fee for every portion of 15 minutes thereafter. This charge will be directly assessed to you account.
Cancellations/Withdrawals - You may withdraw from any or all classes at any time by giving a written notice to the studio no later than the 15th of the month. If written notice is not received by the 15th of the month then you are responsible for the next month’s tuition payment. If a costume has been ordered you are responsible for the costume cost even if your child will not perform in the recital. Costumes can be picked up 2 weeks after recital has completed.
Class Placement: The teaching staff of Teffany's Dance Studio will place a student where we feel they are best suited. Dancing ability and the amount of years dancing have nothing to do with one another. We will not place friends of a student in the same class as a convenience unless the students are on the same level or that the students remain in the level best suited for the student with the less dance experience.
Parent Participation Days: Parents are permitted to participate during parent participation days during the Spring… These classes are always lots of fun, and you are highly encouraged to participate.
Recital Fees & Costumes - Costumes are required if your child is participating in the recital. Once the costumes are ordered you are responsible for the entire cost. 3 payments are made for the costumes - September 15th $ 45, October 15th $45 & November 15th $40. Any costume paid after November 15th will be assessed a $10.00 late fee and an additional $10.00 late fee will be applied on the first of every month it is still unpaid. 2 payments will be made for Recital Fees - February 15th $75 & March 15th $75.00. These fees are for one dancer. Families with more then one dancer will have 3 payments - February 15th $75, March 15th $75 & April 15th $50.00. TDS must be notified in writing by the 1st of October 1st if a student(s) will not participate in the recital or you will be responsible for the full costume amount. All Dancers are automically assumed to perform in our end of the year recital unless notified. Recital Fees and Costume Fees are non-refundable.
RESPECT- Respect is something we take very seriously at Teffany's Dance Studio. We expect each & every dancer to treat each other with the utmost respect and consideration. At TDS, we absolutely will not tolerate unhealthy behavior from anyone, dancers and parents included. This studio is not about one person or one family, it is a group effort. Everyone is expected to be working towards the common goal, the dancers learning & growing. Gossiping, putting down other dancers, families, staff, jealousy, or creating unnecessary situations will not be tolerated from anyone. If you are not happy, it is as simple as not participating or finding a program that fits what you are looking for.
We can and will remove any dance family that is unable to follow these guidelines, regardless of what time of year it is.
School Calendar: TDS follows Calallen ISD School Calendar. Our school year starts September 4th and runs till June to end with our Annuel Recital.

Wedding Dance Classes
- $125 per couple - 4 week session (4-45minutes lessons)
Wedding Choreography
- $250 4 week session (4-45minutes lessons) includes choreographed routine for wedding party.
Couples Dance Classes
- $55 per couple - 4 week session
- Minimum number of couples: 6
- Maximum number of couples: 9
Quincinera Choreography
- $175-$275 3-5 minute routine, each additional minute add $55.00
- includes 4- 45 minute lessons
- additional lessons $55/hour
Pagent Choreography
- $145 1.5 minute routine, each additional minute add $55.00
- includes 4- 30 minute lessons
- additional lessons $55/hour
SOLO/DUET/TRIO Choreography
- 1.5 minute routine - $225.00
- 2 minute routine - $255.00
- 2.5 minute routine - $285.00
- includes 2 hour of instruction time
Private Lessons
- 30 minute lesson: $35.oo
- 60 minutes lesson: $55.oo
- 5 - 30 minute lessons: $150.oo*expires 2 months from date of purchase
- 10 - 30 minutes lessons: $300.oo*expires 3 months from date of purchase
Family punch cards are available for purchase to be shared between multiple dancers in one family for private lessons.
Dance Parties
1.5 hour private dance parties available for you and up to 15 friends! You choose the style of dance. 45 minute dance lesson and 45 minutes use of dance room for cake and presents.
